Chocolate mug cake
Ingredients for 4 people:
• 30 g baking chocolate
• 40 g butter
• 20 g vanilla sugar
• 30 g flour
• 1 egg
Preparation:
Take a mug and place the butter and chocolate in pieces inside. Then place it
in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm everything up, and stir until
you get a smooth texture. Don’t hesitate to put it back in the microwave
for a few seconds to ensure it’s completely melted.
Once melted, stir in the sugar and flour before mixing everything together. Finally,
add the egg and mix again. Now, place the mug in the microwave
for 1 minute on high.
Then sprinkle with white sugar and enjoy your warm dessert!
Rolled French toast with spread
Ingredients for 4 people:
• 180 g spread
• 70 g cane sugar
• 20 g butter
• 12 slices of crustless white bread
• 2 eggs
• 4 cl milk
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix the cinnamon with the sugar in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl,
beat the eggs with the milk and set aside as well.
Now, take your cutting board and flatten the slices of bread
with a rolling pin. Then, spread the spread evenly on each
slice evenly before rolling them up tightly.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Dip the rolls in the
milk-egg mixture and cook on each side. Make sure they’re nicely
golden brown! Finally, roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and serve while they’re
still warm.

After peeling the bananas, melt the butter in a skillet. Brown the
bananas in the butter for 4 minutes on each side. Now add the
raisins, sugar, and cinnamon, and let simmer gently over low heat. 5 minutes
should be plenty of time for cooking.
Once done, pour the rum into the skillet and light it on fire. Feel free to swirl the
skillet so the alcohol burns off completely. Then serve the dish, accompanied by
rum-coconut ice cream.

Add a layer of meringue to a glass, followed by the berries (setting aside
a few raspberries for garnish), and a layer of whipped cream.
Repeat the steps once more. Now place the reserved raspberries

• Walnuts
Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the juice of half an orange, the milk, the flour, the

batter, you can use a ladle.
When bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, you can flip it. Need
a tip? Cook for 3 minutes on one side and 1 or 2 minutes on the other.
When serving, feel free to add walnuts and the other half of the orange.
