The former penthouse of Sting and his wife, Trudie Styler, located in the prestigious 15 Central Park West complex in Manhattan, is back on the market for $45 million. In 2008, the couple purchased two stacked apartments for $27 million and converted them into a spectacular custom-designed duplex by the architectural firm SheltonMindel.

Spanning approximately 500 square meters, the residence features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, several reception areas, as well as a library and a media room. Two impressive spiral staircases, a fireplace inspired by the Fibonacci spiral, massive floor-to-ceiling windows, and a terrace offering exceptional views of Central Park and the Hudson River are among its main attractions. Sold for $50 million in 2017, the penthouse is now on the market at a reduced price.
