Trump, William, Zelensky and Biden at the reopening of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris

Trump traded a few words with U.S. First Lady Jill Biden, who attended the ceremony with her daughter Ashley.

Although President Joe Biden was absent, Ashley Biden and First Lady Jill Biden stood alongside French President Emmanuel Macron, posing at the ceremony marking the reopening of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris on December 7.

Trump and Emmanuel Macron were very close at the ceremony, sharing adjacent seats and trading on several occasions.

Donald Trump and the Biden family were undoubtedly the French president’s guests of honor at this special moment.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was also among the guests at the grand reopening of Paris Cathedral, after a devastating fire, in the presence of almost 50 heads of state.

Prince William was present alongside the Macrons for this unique moment, also taking advantage of his stay to meet the President-elect of the United States, Donald Trump.

Zelensky was seated alongside Togolese President Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé Eyadéma and Laura Mattarella, First Lady of Italy, in the presence of her father, Italian President Sergio Mattarella.

Nicolas Sarkozy, former President of the French Republic, and his wife, Carla Bruni, singer and former First Lady, attended the ceremony marking the reopening of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, alongside the current President, Emmanuel Macron, and his wife, Brigitte Macron.

US President-elect Donald Trump was getting to know Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, and Prince William, Prince of Wales.

At the ceremony, Elon Musk was less in the spotlight than in recent weeks, when he found himself at the center of Donald Trump’s election campaign. He was nevertheless present among the crowd.

Other celebrities in attendance included Kering CEO François-Henri Pinault and his wife, actress Salma Hayek.
