Visit Ben Simmons’ $17M condo in New York

With its exceptional view of the gigantic city of New York, this terrace embodies perfection in terms of experience. One can easily imagine that the basketball player felt better than at any restaurant!

Surrounded by large windows, this room shines with its vast brightness, and also takes advantage of the city lights of New York in the evening. And through the living room, you can easily access the patio, thanks to its glass door. Nice small touch of basketball as well, thanks to the presence of the orange ball.

The dining room is practically merged with the living room, it has eight seats at its disposal. To receive a large group of people, this room checks all the boxes for a successful day and/or evening.

The kitchen area obviously includes a dining room attached to the living room, in addition to having a ‘counter’ to enjoy meals at the counter. Bistro chairs are installed for the occasion. These three locations form a very large open-plan room, ultimately. Note that the condo has two complete kitchens in its constitution.

Right near the kitchen, it’s possible to access a wine refrigerator and a bar, in order to enjoy a reserve of various alcohols. It’s not uncommon to have this type of amenity among celebrities. That being said, as an athlete, one can assume that this wasn’t the most occupied spot by Ben Simmons.

Ben Simmons also had a home theater at his disposal, where a giant 100-inch flat screen is mounted on the wall, in addition to having two beds to stretch out and admire the show. Let’s highlight again the presence of basketball-themed decorations.

This was Ben Simmons’ bedroom, which offers another large television hung on the right wall. Also, the room has another access to a balcony, to gaze at another perspective on the «City that never sleeps». A true masterpiece!

The athlete also had two closets in his condo, one of which was strictly for clothes and the other was for his many shoes. It’s clear that Simmons had plenty of options in the wardrobe sphere.

Here, we visit one of the few bathrooms accessible in the apartment, while a bath and a shower are installed in the room. Two sinks are also fresh and available, in case several individuals inhabit this luxurious Brooklyn home.

Here is one of the condo’s secondary bedrooms, offering a very spacious and cozy bed. Guests, such as family and friends, are clearly treated like royalty, given the comfort provided.

Ben Simmons also had a collection of Bearbrick stored on a glass shelf, including the two main characters from the Tom & Jerry series. The leafy frame on site also adds a personal style to the location, in addition to having a decorative bench.

The entertainment room features a double L-shaped sofa, perfect for watching giant screen tv or resting after a lively game of billiards. The perfect room to host teammates during a boys’ night.

One of the rooms is used as a gym, in case Ben Simmons didn’t want to practice in the Nets’ facilities, on a day off for example. What’s better than watching New York’s splendor while lifting weights?

Another room has been transformed into a game room, with plenty of entertainment options, whether it’s board games or electronic games. The iconic Gucci brand is also featured throughout this entertainment space for all ages.

We’re going to agree, Ben Simmons was privileged when he was a Brooklyn resident, as from his condo, he had the chance to admire the American metropolis from several angles, including this one. What a visual delight!
